You may use this website for lawful personal or business travel and event-planning purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt to access systems or accounts without authorisation, submit false information, or interfere with the site or its services.

Room reservations and payments

A room booking is subject to availability, the details shown during checkout and successful payment processing. You are responsible for ensuring that the guest, contact and stay details submitted are accurate. The displayed room tariff includes 5% taxes where stated; optional add-ons and other applicable charges are shown separately where available.

Children and additional charges

For direct website bookings, children aged 8 to 18 are charged INR 600 per room, per night (CPAI), inclusive of breakfast and applicable taxes. An extra mattress is provided. Children below 8 are not charged; however, an extra mattress requested for a child may incur the applicable hotel charge. Child, mattress and other incidental charges are settled directly with the hotel at check-in.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund conditions can vary by property, room type, rate and booking details. The applicable conditions provided for your reservation govern that reservation. For help with a change or cancellation, contact the hotel or reservations team before the relevant deadline.

Banquet and event requests

Submitting a banquet or event form is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Hall availability, final menu, GST, headcount, pricing, payment terms and confirmation are agreed directly with the relevant hotel. Any total displayed for an event request is an estimate unless the hotel confirms otherwise in writing.

Content and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate, but information, images, amenities, tariffs and availability may change. We may correct errors or update the website without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
